I really like this old lady, espacially because I "grew up" on a glider airfield where we very often had two of them for towing gliders. From me only one really, really big whish: Please bring an audio update as soon as possible. The outside sound could be much more more powerfull and.... The sound doesn´t follow the whole rpm-range of the engine. It sounds like the lady has an engine speed limiter. Especially the sound is a very important detail for a friend of the Do 27 :-)

Nachdem ich die diversen Rezensionen gelesen hatte, war ich ein bisschen verunsichert, ob ich kaufen soll oder nicht. Habe gekauft und kann mir jetzt auch ein eigenes Urteil bilden. Die Maschine ist absolut top. Vielleicht ist die Grafik aussen nicht auf dem allerletzten Stand, aber innen im Cockpit ist alles super. Und was noch wichtiger ist, sie fliegt wie sie eben fliegen sollte. Seinerzeit hatte ich die Do 27 schon auf dem FSX. War auch eine sehr gute Ausführung und die MSFS20 Variante von jetzt steht der früheren Version (FSX) kein bisschen nach. Vielleicht nicht das Flugzeug für Nietenzähler, aber wer Wert auf realistische Flugsimulation setzt, muss die Do27 unbedingt in seinen Hangar nehmen. Danke an das Entwicklerteam. Ihr habt einen hervorragenden Job gemacht.

Nice Project. The Design is good, The systems is a 3, sounds are a 2. But the flight model is a 4-5. This aircraft feels right on place. With crosswinds the same Diva as the real one. Thx for this and please fix the ugly sounds(special the trim wheel :D)

dont get me wrong Its a good plane and I love the DO-27 airframe, I just have some issues with the way the texturing was done, some places its good and others (rather important placards come to mind) are un readable.

Dornier Do27 is a must have for all Africa Bush Pilots. The Plane self have some good adds, like ADF and Cargo but the Textures inside and outside must be better.

Fantastique avion! C'est un pur plaisir de voler avec. Très détaillé, parfaitement compatible avec MSFS 2024, se pilote très bien, et réagit de manière parfaite. J'adores! Pour le prix, aucune excuse: il est indispensable!

About 5 days before I saw this available for purchase I was thinking to myself how much I wished there was a DO27 for MSFS2020. Much to my shock and pleasant surprise this hit the market. This developer may not have a long well known history but he does make really good add ons. Check out his Hispano jet as it is excellent. This DO27 is very well made, and just feels right. Good textures and some nice features. Plus you get 4 complete versions in the package. All for a shocking low price of $15 USD. It’s a bargain for sure. Maybe it’s a launch promo? What’s most important is that the aircraft flies like one should expect a DO27 to fly, and as far as I can tell it does. It feels like a utility aircraft with clean and predictable behaviors maybe even a little heavy on the controls, but all around stable. Some might argue the textures aren’t great, and they might have a point as subjective as it may be. I feel like it has the look down with lots of detail, looks quite good, and I’m very pleased. Currently you sometimes have to apply the doors manually via on board latches as it often deploys at start with all ejected. Not a big deal but it caught me off guard thinking it was a bug. It’s not. It’s just an odd choice that is easily addressed in game. All in all this is a real sleeper hit in my book and super welcome. Pick it up before he wises up and sells this product for a much deserved higher price. Also I’d like to note that this developer is very responsive and helpful with answering questions. My only complaint is that at highish RPMs you’ll see clear spots appear on the windscreen. I love the concept but they do look a little out of place as they are too perfect in shape giving the impression less of engine splash residue as intended and more of an odd collection of clear perfect circles popping on screen. It’s subjective I suppose. Some might think they are just right. I am hoping for some kind of tweak to the shape to look more natural and better represent fluid splash on the windscreen as intended.

It needs a little polish, as it's kind of rough around the edges (some modeling, textures are very simple and low resolution), some little bugs I ran into which I'll report to the dev, but ultimately I really enjoy this plane. Very satisfying to fly. It's become an instant favorite and I look forward to a few patches to touch things up and fix some minor issues.

Really nice! So many variants, so many liveries, so many awesome details in the cockpit. Most of all. it flies convincingly. Plus even though it's a simple plane, detailed engine management, fuses, etc. should keep the switchology folks happy. Super-pleased for the price!
